The hearts behind our mission
Autism Unfiltered Inc. was born from a deeply personal place. Founders Ericha and Amber, both mothers of autistic children, witnessed firsthand the critical lack of resources and services in our small rural area of Bushnell, IL. Their shared experience ignited a powerful desire to fill this void and ensure every child has the support they deserve.
Making a tangible difference
Our fundraising efforts directly benefit the 'special needs students attending WCISEC (West Central IL Special Education Coop) at Bushnell Prairie City Elementary School. Every piece of sensory equipment we provide for their sensory gym is an investment in their development, offering lasting benefits and support for many years to come, fostering a more engaging and therapeutic learning environment.
Beyond simply raising funds, our work is guided by a profound belief in inclusion. We firmly believe that all children, regardless of their abilities, should have access to the necessary resources to lead the most successful and fulfilling lives possible.
